The Clean Finish Podcast

We're back for another Dynamite leading up to Forbidden Door 2025, but first! Ryan saw Together and Greg revisited Resident Evil (2002) and the two discuss horror that just misses the mark in different ways. Then, a discussion on a Dynamite that was...not as good as last week? Tune in to find out our thoughts!

Yes! Listeners, it's true, we are back talking AEW Dynamite! But first...Ryan discusses Southern Gothic novel The Darkling and the new I Know What You Did Last Summer while Greg bounces around from the novel IT to the film Fast X. Then, our most homoerotic episode ever. How?! Tune in to find out.

To celebrate the Barnes and Noble Criterion sale, Greg and Ryan pick 7 existing titles from the collection that they love...PLUS a bonus title that they believe deserves the Criterion treatment. All of this after some love (and hate) for indie the films Incident at Loch Ness and A Knight's War.

We took a little break but Greg and Ryan are BACK to discuss the entire Final Destination franchise and score the deaths, kill by kill.

In an actual minisode(!), Ryan kicks things off with a discussion on The Ice Cream Man, which is somehow not the worst movie discussed. Katie classes the joint up with Witness in the City before Greg crashes the whole thing down with the original Dungeons and Dragons film. Then Dynamite! A promo and run-in heavy episode with tons of surprise appearances but perhaps the most surprising of all...is Master P?

It’s the week leading into Wrestlemania and we may be an AEW podcast but Ryan definitely dives into the new Peacock exclusive Wrestlemania IX: Becoming A Spectacle. Then Greg discusses kung-fu classic Five Shaolin Masters and Katie touches on gonzo lost movie The Rare Blue Apes of Cannibal Isle. Then, the gang talks about both Dynamite (#288) and Collision (#88), from the Owen Hart Cup Tournament, injuries, the fallout from Dynasty and glorious heel turns, all while our resident elder emo rants multiple times!

Greg and Katie grace us with another Tubi Tuesday watch...the Adam Copeland feature Money Plane. while Ryan revisits a Val Kilmer nineties vehicle that didn't live up to the nostalgia. Then, Greg and Katie are both back from Dynasty live! That's right, folks! They were there, report back, and the whole gang discusses their feelings on the PPV.

It's a Clean Finish first on this episode! After Ryan discusses What A Way to Go! and Katie dives into an underseen rom-com with It's My Turn. Then, Greg preaches the gospel of Observe and Report.
Instead of covering Collision this week, the gang has decided to tackle their very first AEW Fantasy Draft! Greg and Katie have never drafted so with Ryan's guidance, the crew pulls from the roster where the best wrestle to craft a stable of 8 singles competitors, a tag, a trios, a commentator and an announcer! Who has the best roster? Who was snubbed on the draft? Tune in now to find out!
